Have your say about leadership development in primary care

26 July 2018

Our NHS is constantly evolving, and during the coming years some of the widest ranging and important changes will occur in primary care. To meet the needs of a changing population, primary care teams will also need to further develop the way they work.

Part of the development process includes ensuring those working in primary care are inspired, equipped and supported in leadership roles at all levels, with the knowledge, skills, attitudes and behaviours to help them become outstanding inclusive and compassionate leaders; helping to improve patient care, people’s health and their experiences of the NHS.

There are many different professions and areas of work across primary care; for example, those working in GP practice, community pharmacy, dental practice, allied health professions; including school nurses, health visitors, and district nurses.

Therefore, to help us understand the leadership development needs at every level across primary care, we’ve commissioned a research agency called Breaking Blue to conduct some research on our behalf.

Please complete our short online survey. It should take no longer than 10 minutes.
