Are you in a role that needs you to manage people, deadlines or projects?
This programme will support the leadership impact of anyone working in a role which has a management element; participation will develop leadership capacity and capability through the application of a coaching approach. This will enable the development and application of core skills around supporting engagement of staff, increasing your sense of personal impact and ability to influence effectively.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain skills and understanding around how a coaching approach can be transferred to everyday conversations. This will enable the development of a leadership response which is compassionate, inclusive and empowering by understanding “what it is like to be on the receiving end of you”.
We are offering two cohorts of this exciting opportunity to maximise the opportunities to attend. Applicants must select one cohort to apply for - it will not be possible to combine dates from the two cohorts
