The programme runs over 4 half days (with gaps between each session to facilitate assimilation into practice). Virtual delivery of the programme is new for us but we will endeavour to maintain a hallmark of our previous programmes delivering in a way that models principles of OD.
The cohort will have the ability to influence the form and focus of programme content by drawing on their own organisational and personal context. There will be an element of “homework” both in advance of the programme and between sessions to maximise the time spent together in the virtual space. The programme will be interactive in nature and participants should expect to be involved in a range of activities including small group, plenary and individual reflective work.
