This programme has been designed for colleagues working in roles and projects which involve Quality Improvement (QI), with a focus upon developing participant’s leadership effectiveness for QI through the application of a coaching approach. This will enable the development and application of core skills around supporting engagement of staff, increasing the impact and long term success of change initiatives.
Participants will be required to identify and undertake a project which will enable application of learning within the workplace (it is not expected that this project must complete within the life of the programme). The learning and its application within the improvement project will be evaluated and shared at Day 3 through a poster presentation. Day 3 will include a mini-conference to showcase learning impact, and representatives from participant’s employing organisations should be invited to attend.
