Leading Together for a Change Programme - Applications are now open!
Leading Together for a Change is a leadership development initiative bringing together young people, family carers and professionals to make a difference to the lives of young people with learning disabilities and autism. It will focus on what it takes to lead together, work together and achieve change together.
Triumvirate Programme - Applications are currently closed for this programme
The Triumvirate primary care leadership and change agent programme is designed to enable a team of three multi-professional practitioners from a primary care practice to become a collaborative team of change agents. The programme is open to General Practice, Dental, Pharmacy and wider primary care teams who believe they will benefit from being part of the programme and who are ready to embrace organisational change.
Clinical Leaders Programme - Applications are currently closed for this programme
The Clinical Leaders Programme helps clinicians to develop their capacity to influence change, increase their confidence and resilience as leaders, and to balance the complex range of responsibilities demanded of them. It will enhance understanding of leadership behaviours, knowledge, skills and provide an opportunity for networking, inter-professional learning and share good practice.
Developing Patient/Citizen Leaders Programme - Applications are currently closed for this programme
This programme is for individuals across the North East and North Cumbria who are - or wish to become - patient/citizen leaders in our communities. It will include an introduction to some of the key skills, knowledge and qualities required to engage positively and effectively in the wider health and care system.
Practice Manager Leadership Development - Applications are currently closed for this programme
This programme will help practice mangers enhance their understanding of leadership behaviours, knowledge, skills and provide an opportunity to share good practice. It will equip practice managers to champion and lead change/service improvement in their workplace by developing an understanding of service improvement methods and delivery of a work based service improvement project.
