Talent management is increasingly important to the future delivery of quality services at organisational and system levels. The NHS North East Leadership Academy is launching a talent management series with this first one-day event aimed at cultural influencers, organisational talent leads and talent practitioners across the region.

By participating in this session you will:

  • Have an opportunity to share best practice in how different NHS organisations approach talent management, performance management and appraisals.
  • Explore best practice in embedding a talent culture.
  • Learn about talent management from a wider context and how this translates to the NHS setting.
  • Think about designing a regional approach for quality appraisals including talent.
  • Action plan to take forward talent management back in the workplace.
