Who is this event aimed at? Practising accredited coaches 

The Global Code of Ethics asks all coaches to hold qualifications to perform and to be engaged with CPD and Supervision. Accessing supervision is a key element in supporting wellbeing and development of coaches and coaching.

Supervision Café is an opportunity for accredited coaches to join group supervision. This will provide a space to explore current challenges within practice. This will be informal, facilitated supervision providing

• Storytelling – sharing our experiences (good and bad) of our work with clients and the associated learning

• Exploring challenges – a space to think through barriers to practice

• Celebrating success –recognising our shared and individual impact, and exploring how we can replicate this

• Future need – collating themes to support the planning of future supervision and CPD
