The workshop will help you to shine a light onto experiences that you may be finding challenging and help you to find solutions that suit you. They have been developed using simple to follow Positive Psychology tools and techniques and will focus on the challenges you are facing today.

This workshop will focus on helping you to:

  • Explore the impact of change
  • Explore the impact of mindset
  • Explore your own triggers
  • Develop you own coping skills

Work life and home life can be tough and demanding; we know how much working in the currently climate has impacted on how people feel. It is natural to experience emotional highs and lows; this can change constantly depending on what is happening in our lives.

Having the skills to cope with challenges is a key element in your overall wellbeing; being resilient helps you to cope with hectic and busy lifestyles and work commitments. When you are resilient you are more able to cope with what life throws at you and you generally can bounce back stronger than before.
