Lunch and Learn : Resilient Compassion – Leading with care and respect through adversity

We will explore the situational leadership approaches used throughout COVID to date and the ‘Leadership Learning’ that has taken place as a result.

We will explore the challenges and value in working in a flexible, agile way with teams, along with the benefits of how our ‘physical presence’ in supporting operational colleagues has been managed, supported and received.

We will touch on principles of individual and team resilience, Compassionate Leadership and Civility.

• We will provide an opportunity for delegates to check in as to how their experience of the past 12 months has been for them.

• We will share our story and reflections on what’s worked and what’s been tough.

• We will work with delegates through open forum (management of this will be subject to group size) to explore how we, the healthcare system, learn and grow from the experiences of the past year and how we use this journey as a platform for personal and collective growth in a leadership context.

• We will summarise with key takeaways and an offer to remain connected for further reflection and collaboration.
