Group Coach Support & Supervision

Who is this event aimed at? - Active regional NHS coaches

A limited place opportunity for coaches to keep their coaching skills fresh, updated and ethically sound.

This session is offered as part of our ongoing commitment to ensure coaching skills continue to develop and that coaches have the time and space to benchmark their current coaching practice to be the best coaches they can be, especially during times of crisis.

A flexible - and hopefully creative - approach will be utilised, to help our coaches in achieving what they want from the session and also see different approaches that they may not have experienced before.

There will be no formal input; CPD will emerge from the opportunity to stand back and reflect on your coaching practice with others in an informal and inclusive environment.

All levels of experience are catered for, but we are limiting places to active coaches, with an ‘issue’ to bring.

Overall, the purpose of supervision is:

  • To provide an opportunity to learn new tools and techniques in coaching from an experienced and qualified coach supervisor.
  • To help coaches to develop themselves to become better reflective practitioners and develop their own “internal supervisor”.
  • To deepen ability to handle tricky coaching dilemmas plus grow in confidence by reflecting on successes
  • To ensure coaches are operating safely for the benefit of coachees and to good standards.
  • To grow ethical sensitivity and maturity as a coach.
