How can you help change our NHS for the better?

Creating Inclusive Cultures is a new collaborative initiative supporting leaders to explore and challenge aspects of culture that negatively impact our patients and staff.

Our first workshop is for anybody who is interested in using their leadership to build more open, equitable and inclusive relationships, teams and organisations - with a clear line of sight to improved patient experience.

This experiential workshop aims to help you to develop an enlarged awareness of ‘self’ in relation to ‘other’, and greater confidence and articulacy in relation to issues of diversity, inclusion, power and privilege. You’ll work with peers to examine leadership from a variety of different perspectives - exploring some of the assumptions and beliefs that you bring to your leadership and how they inform your attention and inattention, action and inaction.

This workshop is a gateway into a continuous inquiry of your own leadership practice, meaning that you’ll be supported to develop and set in motion your own ideas and desires for greater diversity and inclusivity in your teams and organisations.

Who is this workshop aimed at?

We believe that leadership takes place across all levels of an organisation. This workshop is aimed at all members of staff at any level, who aspire to play a part in leading positive change, whether formally or informally.
