Compassionate Leadership Under Pressure

We know compassion in the workplace matters. Most people want to be compassionate to others.

As highlighted in 'Developing People' & 'Improving Carestudies consistently highlight the links between compassionate leadership and better outcomes.

When the pressure is on, we need compassion in our teams more than ever. And yet under stress, compassion can quickly evaporate. Despite all our best intentions, creating compassionate cultures is not easy work.

Do you sometimes wonder:

Why is leading with compassion sometimes so difficult in practice?

What can I do individually to lead with compassion, even when I’m under pressure?

How can I model and nurture more compassion among my teams and colleagues at work?

This workshop offers you a safe learning space to:

Understand why and how compassion sometimes wanes in teams and working relationships

Learn practical approaches to address this, to incorporate into your leadership practice

Develop compassionate leadership mindsets and behaviours, even when the pressure is on

Gain smartphone-enabled on-going development support after the workshop, to help embed and sustain your compassionate leadership practice.
