There are a myriad of psychometric and diagnostic tools, free and paid, that are used within organisations by OD practitioners and coaches. This masterclass provides an opportunity to find out more about the different tools and explore how they can be used to support your coaching.

The Masterclass will be led by Alison Wheatly from Aspire Development. Alison is a qualified and experienced coach who looks after NELAs ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring, and provides pragmatic coaching support across the NHS in the North East for coaches, mentors and all leaders who use and advocate a coaching style.
Coaching can enhance performance by empowering you and your team members to take on greater responsibility and leadership roles. The Academy helps people and organisations from across the region get the most from coaching by providing support and management for coaches and coachees.
NELA has established a professional coaching community by using experienced practitioners from across the public and private sector. We provide training and development for workplace coaches including ILM 5 Coaching, Coaching Fundamentals, CPD and Master Classes, and Coaching Supervision. Our coaches access two Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and two supervision sessions per year. Our coaching standards are in line with guidelines set by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and our coaches adhere to the EMCC Code of Ethics.
