Leadership Dimensions:

Clarity in Complexity - Coaching to support people working in complex environments where there are sometimes no obvious solutions to challenges.

This will be an interactive, experiential CPD event. The morning includes a coaching supervision session that will be held safely by an experienced supervisor. Participants should expect to share experiences and build trust within the group.

By the end of the session, participants  will:

  • Have an overview of the eFire model
  • Understand where the model can be used
  • Identify some key elements of the model they can apply in their own work
  • Understand some key differentiators of coaching in complexity

You should attend this course if you are:

  •  A coach working with senior managers/leaders
  • A leader/senior manager working with a coaching approach
  • Are looking for new approaches to dealing with complexity

Professional coaching you can trust from the NHS North East Leadership Academy (NELA)

Coaching can enhance performance by empowering you and your team members to take on greater responsibility and leadership roles. The Academy helps people and organisations from across the region get the most from coaching by providing support and management for coaches and coachees.

NELA has established a professional coaching community by using experienced practitioners from across the public and private sector. We provide training and development for workplace coaches including ILM 5 Coaching, Coaching Fundamentals, CPD and Master Classes, and Coaching Supervision. Our coaches access two Continuing Professional Development (CPD) sessions and two supervision sessions per year. Our coaching standards are in line with guidelines set by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and our coaches adhere to the EMCC Code of Ethics.
