We are looking to appoint a Leadership and Organisational Development expert to work within a dynamic, small and high performing team.
The successful candidate will have thorough understanding of current leadership and development theory and practice, with proven experience of working on complex interventions. They will be accountable for the transformation portfolio work of NELA and for the effective regional delivery of a range of leadership development, transformation, service improvement and OD programmes.
This work will be undertaken with our partner organisations, across the health and care system in the North East and Cumbria. Experience of group facilitation, working with clients in a consultancy approach, coaching and as a service improvement practitioner is required.
