Local Programmes

As a leader, it’s important that you invest in yourself and spend time on your personal development if you are to meet the challenges of our future NHS

To this end, we have developed a bespoke series of programmes, which will uniquely meet the demands of leaders across our region, for delivery in 2017/2018.

Clinical Leaders Programme

The Clinical Leaders Programme helps clinicians to develop their capacity to influence change, increase their confidence and resilience as leaders, and to balance the complex range of responsibilities demanded of them. It will enhance understanding of leadership behaviours, knowledge, skills and provide an opportunity for networking, inter-professional learning and share good practice.

With this in mind, we have commissioned a 5-day ILM Level 5 coaching programme for leaders and managers interested in practicing as a coach to further develop the professional coaching community within our region.
