This one-day event is designed to give you a better understanding of elements of system thinking and dynamics.

It explores Organisation Development work at the system level as a means of improving our capability, and provides an opportunity to become more consciously aware of the systems we work in. You’ll have an opportunity to explore - in a challenging and supportive environment - what it means to work systemically in systems.

Using your own examples and case studies, it is an opportunity to design an intervention to tackle critical system issues on which you are working with your clients. You will achieve a shared understanding and shared meaning of systems thinking and language, through joint exploration and dialogue, with a focus on practical application rather than abstract theory.

By participating in this event you will get:

  • An enhanced understanding of systems thinking and what we can expect as we practice it.
  • An enhanced understanding of our own work challenges and situations.
  • Practice in ‘trying out’ in a safe environment different system-wide methodologies and frameworks.
  • An enhanced awareness and understanding of how our own ‘self’ is involved in, and impacts the process.
  • An opportunity to learn from each other.
